These terms apply to enquiries and services arranged through Massain Auto Concierge.
Service scope
The scope, location, timing and price of a service are confirmed before work proceeds. Some repairs, specialist diagnostics, towing or workshop services may be carried out by third-party service providers.
Quotations and approval
Where a quotation is required, work should only proceed after the client has approved the relevant scope and cost. Additional work identified after inspection should be communicated for approval before it is added.
Vehicle information
Clients should provide accurate vehicle, contact and location information so that the appropriate service can be assessed and arranged.
Third-party workshops and suppliers
Massain Auto Concierge may coordinate with workshops, towing providers, parts suppliers or other automotive specialists. Their own terms, warranties and service conditions may also apply to work they perform.
Payments and cancellations
Payment requirements, deposits, call-out fees and cancellation arrangements should be confirmed with the client when the service is booked.
